Costs

The costs and time it takes to get a dog from Thailand is not cheap, and requires a degree of patience, but the end result is always worth it.

If you adopt one of the dogs from my adoptions page, then the cost is £490 to the adopter and everything else is covered by Friends of Rescue. The actual total costs run to about £1200 per dog, however we do have generous supporters and donators and there’s always something in the pot to cover the rest, Every year I have allocated a certain amount that can cover these costs, therefore ensuring a handful of dogs get a chance of freedom that they would otherwise not have.

Adopting a dog from Thailand is a very special thing to do, and by doing this you are ensuring they have a blissful and wonderful family life they would have never had the chance to. Some of these dogs have spent their whole life in a rescue centre and will never have the chance to be free.

If money is an issue for you then adopting one of these dogs is not for you. We make absolutely no money on top of this, and we pay the shortfall ourselves to ensure a dog can have a chance of a real family life. Please feel free to email me if you would like more details.

Saving one dog will not change the world, but surely for that one dog, the world will change forever.
